Enquiry Order

This is a system unique to Glennon Tiles. You can browse through our catalogue online and during the process add certain tiles to a enquiry 'cart'. Once you have your desired selection of tiles you then fill in your contact details and submit this enquiry order.

This will then get sent to one of our sales representatives who will shortly follow this up and get back to you.

Step 1 Click 'Add' next to the tile that you would like to enquire about.

Step 2 When you add a product, you will be taken to a view of your order. In this section you can remove tiles that you no longer wish to be included in your enquiry by clicking the 'Remove' button next to the corresponding tile. You now have two options: to continue browsing, click the 'Previous Page' button and this will take you back to the last product page you were looking at. to send your enquiry, click the 'Send Enquiry Now' button (skip Step 3 below).

Step 3 If you selected to send your enquiry in Step 2, please go straight to Step 4. As you are browsing throught the Glennon Tiles site, you will see a little enquiry box at the bottom of the left menu. This box keeps track of the the amount of tiles you have in your current enquiry and shortcut buttons to view or send your enquiry. When you are ready to submit your enquiry, please click the 'Send Enquiry' button.

Step 4 The final step is to now enter your details so Glennon Tiles can respond to your enquiry. Any message you would like to make can be put in the 'Comments' field. After you hit 'Submit' you will be taken to a confirmation page to tell you the enquiry was sent successfully.
